Every project begins with a complimentary meeting to get to know you and introduce All That Matters. This meeting typically lasts one to two hours, giving time to walk through your home, understand your goals, explain available services, and discuss how we can best work together. Support is available across Western Massachusetts, New York’s Hudson Valley and Capital Region, and Southern Vermont.
Sorting & Downsizing
Overwhelmed by years of memories and possessions?
We help you and your family take inventory of what you have and make the often difficult decisions involved as you “right-size” your space.
Support includes sorting room by room, deciding what to keep, donate, or pass along, and then organizing what stays so it feels manageable. For those choosing to age in place, we also provide guidance to make your current home safe, organized, and comfortable.
Compassionate Clearouts
Not sure what to do with the items you can’t keep?
Dispersal is managed with care by helping ship items to family or friends, then arranging to sell, donate, or dispose of what remains. Partnerships with local resources make the process efficient, while attention to detail ensures belongings are handled respectfully.
This service eases both the physical work and the emotional stress that often comes with clearing out a home, estate, or storage unit.
Move Management
Too busy to manage the details of a move?
We coordinate with trusted movers who specialize in custom jobs, selecting the right company for your situation and managing them through the process.
Services can include decluttering before the move, scheduling logistics, and ensuring belongings are packed, transported, and delivered with care. Each step is overseen to keep the transition organized and stress-free from start to finish.
Interior Design
Having trouble planning your new space?
We create custom floor plans to ensure your furniture fits comfortably into a new or modified home. Guidance can also include choosing paint colors, personal shopping for the right pieces, or furnishing an entire apartment as needed.

Unpacking & Organizing
Need help getting settled in your new home?
We handle the full unpacking process so you feel comfortable right away. From organizing kitchen cabinets, cupboards, and closets to hanging art, setting up bathrooms, and even making the bed, no detail is overlooked.

Resettling Support
Need assistance beyond the move itself?
Resettling support covers everything that comes after the move, including window treatments, setting up technology, transferring utilities, or coordinating a handyman for installations.
We are here to help in every way. You may need additional support such as computer setup, home modifications, or other tasks to make the space truly yours. If we don’t do it, we know someone who can.
